Dr. Joseph Asantey

Joseph is the Chief Risk and Credit Officer at the ARB Apex Bank. He was a manager at Ghana Enterprise Agency, SME Manager at Bank of Africa and Chief Risk Officer at Premium Bank Limited. He obtained a PhD in Finance from Open University of Malaysia, EMBA Banking and Finance from Paris Graduate School of Management, MSc Economics and BSc in Economics from Patrice Lumumba University, Moscow. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant, UK, and Chartered Financial Risk Manager.

Joseph Frempong-Manso

Joseph has over 30 years’ work experience as an examiner with the Central Bank of Ghana. He has adequate knowledge and experience in accounting, banking and finance. He was the head of Licensing and Resolution Office, led reforms in the licensing of non-bank financial institutions and training of Directors, Senior Management of RCBs in IFRSs. He is a Chartered Accountant, ICAG, MBA Finance from Central University and Bachelor of Commerce from UCC.

Dr. Godfred Amewu

Senior Rating Officer (Associate)

Godfred is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana. He was a Lecturer and Director at GIMPA Centre for Impact Investing. He obtained a PhD in Finance from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, MSc in Analytical Finance from University of St. Andrews (UK) and BSc in Mathematics from KNUST.
